TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About these terms. These Terms govern your use of themushroomguys.com.au and your purchases from The Mushroom Guys. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

2. Ordering. You must be 18+ to purchase. You agree to provide accurate order and delivery details; we're not responsible for deliveries that fail because of incorrect information you've supplied. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

3. Living & natural products. Our products are grown, not manufactured. Fresh mushrooms and grow kits vary naturally in size, shape, colour and yield — the photos on our site are real and representative, but no two mushrooms are identical. Grow kits are living cultures that require the care described in the included instructions and on each product page (including species-specific temperature ranges); results depend on the growing conditions you provide. Our Yield Guarantee (see Refunds & Our Guarantee) covers you if a properly cared-for kit doesn't perform.

4. Payments. Processed securely through Shopify's payment providers. We don't store your card details.

5. Availability & pricing. Fresh product availability depends on each week's harvest; we'll contact you about substitutions or shortfalls before your delivery. We may correct pricing or listing errors and will offer you a full refund if we can't honour an order as placed.

6. Consumer guarantees & liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, and our liability is otherwise limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the amount you paid.

7. Intellectual property. All site content — text, photography, logos — is ours or licensed to us. Our farm photography is genuinely ours; please don't reuse it without asking.

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting the new version here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
