SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

The short version: grow kits, dried mushrooms and powders ship FREE Australia-wide. Fresh mushrooms are Perth-local — delivered to your door by us, same day if you order by 8am, or collected from the farm.


1. Australia-wide shipping — grow kits, dried mushrooms, powders & grain spawn


  • Free standard shipping to every Australian state and territory via Australia Post. No minimum spend.

  • Order before 8am (Perth time) and your parcel is dispatched the same day, Monday to Saturday. Orders after 8am dispatch the next business day. Kits are cut fresh from our active crop lines — never shelf stock.

  • Once dispatched, Australia Post's standard delivery times for your location apply — transit is in their hands, not ours, but tracking is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned so you can watch it move.

  • Need it faster? An Express upgrade is available at checkout (from $10, priced by parcel weight).

  • Grow kits are alive. Start your kit when it arrives — extended storage delays colonisation. If your delivery window matters (gifts, holidays), tell us in the order notes and we'll time the dispatch.


2. Perth local delivery — fresh mushrooms, mixed boxes & the Farm at Home pack


  • We deliver locally ourselves — farm to your door, no couriers. Choose your delivery day in the date picker at checkout; your order arrives that day between 9am and 4pm.

  • Order by 8am (Perth time) for same-day delivery. After 8am, pick any later day that suits you.

  • Free delivery within our zone on orders over $30.

  • We deliver to homes and workplaces and can safely leave your order at the door — add instructions at checkout.

  • Fresh products are harvested for your order — that's why they're local-only. If you're outside the zone, our dried range and grow kits ship free anywhere in Australia.


3. Farm pickup — everything, free


  • Collect from the farm: 34A Parkinson Lane, Kardinya WA. Select "Pickup" at checkout.

  • Pickup hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am–2pm. Need a different time? Email us and we'll arrange it.


4. What we can't do (yet)


  • Fresh mushrooms and the Farm at Home 4-pack can't be posted — perishable and heavy. Local delivery or pickup only.

  • No international shipping.
